I’m ok! (barely)

Excuse my french, but SWEET JESUS! Squatting hurts!!!!

I barley made it out alive after days 1-3 of the squat challenge.

And I’m doing a modified squat challenge (instead of 50, then 55, then 60 I’m doubling up. So I’m doing 50, then next day another 50, then day 3 is 55, etc …)!


After 50 squats I could barely move. Walking down stairs was next to impossible.

Day 2 and 3 … still in intense pain.

Day 4 … I’m finally ok! Whew!

On to 55 more squats!
