The best M&M cookies!


My fiance bought a bunch of dark chocolate M&Ms the other day.

I’m not a huge fan of dark chocolate, so I figured, if I cooked them into cookies maybe they’ll be tolerable!

I found THIS recipe online and they are amazing!!!! Kudos Picky Palate! 🙂

Instant pudding!

The recipe called for 3 tablespoons. After I added that, I had about 2 tablespoons left and I just dumped the rest in. They were a little TOO chewy, but still awesome.

1 stick unsalted butter, softened (I use margarine b/c I’m cheap!)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons Instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1-1 1/2 cups M and M’s (or whatever, just dump in a bunch!)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl cream your butter and sugars until well combined.

Add your egg and vanilla mixing to combine. Add your flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt, stirring to combine.

Add M&Ms stirring to combine.

With a medium cookie scoop, place dough 1 inch apart from each other.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

Let cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
