Easy crockpot chili

Nothing says “Super Bowl party” like a big old pot of chili.

This is the only thing that I’ve made so many times that I have the recipe memorized!  And it’s super easy to make.  No fancy or weird ingredients.  Most of the stuff can be purchased at Aldi for a low price.

Simple Crockpot Chili
1lb ground chuck (or I always use ground turkey)
2 15oz cans tomato sauce (Walmart has a 29oz giant can that I normally buy)
15oz. can diced tomatoes
2 15oz can chili beans
1 pkg chili seasoning
1 small onion finely chopped (I’m lazy and just use a dried onion spice)
garlic powder, chili powder, pepper and salt to taste

Step 1:
Brown the meat with the onion

Step 2:
Dump everything into a big crock pot. Sprinkle the garlic, chili, pepper and salt on top randomly.

Step 3:
Add meat and stir

Step 4: Cook on low for 8 hours. If your in a rush you can cook on high for 4 hours.

Step 5: Pig out!
